HABITATS are an indie-pop / tropical groove four piece band based in Hampshire. Their debut EP Diamond Days was released in February 2015 and has been compared to the likes of Foals and Peace. Singles ‘Peace Of Mind’ & ‘Diamond Days’ gained radio love from Huw Stevens, Steve Lamacq & John Kennedy as well as KEXP in USA.

They relish the idea of not having a specific frontman, with each of them providing enough strong characteristics in the music to be able to swap microphones at will, forming an array of sunshine melodies and vocal harmonies over danceable, catchy beats. Oh, and those lyrics are “gathered from daydreams”.

Following a summer of festival appearances at The Great Escape (supporting The Cribs), Kendal Calling, GoldCoast Ocean Fest and Boardmasters, the band embarked on a UK tour in October, which included a sell out show at London's Lexington. The bands second EP Jungles will be released on 12th February via Decibel Collective, the release will be supported by dates across the UK including the bands biggest headline show to date at London's Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen for Parallel Lines on 3 March. The title track from the EP is the lead single from the EP drawing comparisons to Foals, Vampire Weekend and The 1975.
