Hello Geiger are fused together like a musical jammy dodger. They met in 2004 in a bar near their London homes. The morning after, sober, they realised they had formed a band. Comprising three parts Welsh and one part English, they have developed a sound that mixes old with new, draws on edgy indie, dabbles with harmonic rock but always sounds fresh and exciting - imagine Karen O and Debbie Harry in a bitch fight with the Pixies egging them on. Geiger's tunes are glued together with soaring vocal harmonies, running bass lines and thunderous drumming. Their lyrics are about life, love and fossil fuels and all share the belief that a band should f**kin rock live. This mantra has been road tested and exemplified in riotous gigs all across London.
