The Swarm
The Swarm released their first album, 'Red Paint on the Odessa Steps' in October 2005 on Fight Me Records. The sound created is a fierce and passionately dark arrangement, that leaps from visceral sonic intensity to a stripped down, brooding massacre. Their live shows are a blitzkrieg of staggering volume and oppressive intensity wrapped in a skin of psychotic visuals and projections featuring old 16mm cinema projectors, strobes and other lighting. The multiple screens simultaneously show chopped up images, taken from underground films, war footage, public information videos, executions, operations and footage captured by the band.
