The Situations are a band, a real band. Sick of worn out clich?©s, generic posturing, and pointless lyrics? Sick of a tendency by many of the flag bearers of New Zealand music to write songs rooted in some unrealistic idea of what music is, spouting inane drivel about some rock n roll ideal that they may never even have LIVED? Then this band is for you! The Situations are four people, young men, who speak of their lives and loves, of their reality, of observations concerning REAL LIFE.
