Niteflights
Niteflights are the perfect band to submerge yourself in. A London indie/pop five piece with a sound somewhere between an updated and more intimate version of Pet Sounds-era Beach Boys and a British Television with a Microkorg, they write musical postcards of rare beauty. From supporting Anna Calvi earlier in the year to having just been tipped by XFM's new music expert, John Kennedy, and scored a feature in December's Dazed & Confused.
