Pocket Gods are fronted by Mark Christopher Lee, who the BBC’s Tom Robinson calls a “wilful maverick”, aided and abetted by a cast of thousands over the years that Cecille B Demille would be proud of. Their jomballing nonsense, glamour and guffs of irreverent fun have kept the gods fresh, funky and flatulent.
