Story Books are a six-piece from Kent-via-London. Killing Moon Ltd.'s track of the day, Dec 18 - 'Peregrine' draws on the emotive essences and the songwriting prowess of a number of the more intense folk-pop acts, such as Daughter or Bon Iver, then sombrely lending itself into much more energetic territories all NO-style, all the while laden with smoothing, ethereal vocals that put the listener at ease much in the same way as The Magic Numbers or Alt-J – so, yeah, difficult to describe but wonderful to experience.
