Oddballs
Oddballs first came together in 2008, but they’d known each other for years before that and had played together in various other projects. The band members just wanted to form a band that would be fun and a bit crazy, but still take the music seriously (a la Bonzo Dog Band/Elton John/Madness).
Stylistically they’re pretty varied; they’ve been described as pop/rock/jazz/metal and compared to artists as varied as Elvis Costello, Gong and Frank Zappa.
