The Rinse - brazen pop, cheeky baroque, rude love. The Rinse answer to these taglines and more, but their mission is to rock so hard that you forget to worry about just what their deal is. This Brooklyn band conjure up synth lines and electronic beats cut through the live instruments without enslaving them to a click track. The resulting sound is at once dense and lean, complex and insidiously catchy. Imagine a club banger played by Queen and you‚Äö?Ñ????ë?¬•re close. To date, The Rinse have toured the West Coast twice and played countless New York shows. In the summer of 2005 they spent a week in London, playing notorious nights like Death Disco, Blow Up Metro and Club Fandango and capping it off with a sold out Hammersmith Apollo gig.
