Friends Of The Bride are a quartet from Raynes Park, the home of Tubby Hayes. They are a west coast jazz band using the 'Camden Format' of instrumentation, i.e. a guitar, a bass, a drum kit, a singer - playing loud 'n' hard and with plenty to say, Jack. They're currently punting out their Young & Lost Club single, the finger clickin' 'So, You Think You Can Dance'.. 'Probably the best lyrics you'll hear all year; the finest example of indie scatting ever.' - Gideon Coe, BBC 6 Music. 'Friends of The Bride head the 'Nu-Croon' scene' (?!) - The Times.
