Beggars
Beggars are making Waves in 2009 with their Electro/Soul Pop Hits. Influenced by Sam Cooke, Santogold, Michael Jackson and Klaxons, Last year saw Beggars as main support for Babyshambles, The Courteeners and Joe Lean And The Jing Jang Jong's British tours. The band recorded with Brendan Lynch (Primal Scream and Paul Weller) and have recently finished sessions with Ferg Peterkin (Depeche Mode, Horrors). The band have also appeared on the Park Stage at Glastonbury alongside MGMT and Franz Ferdinand, as well as the Sunrise Stage at Latitude Festival with Crystal Castles.
