Kari Kleiv
Kari Kleiv is a 22 year old Norwegian singer/songwriter living in London. Sings like an angel with tunes to die for and an acoustic guitar which cost ten quid in the Philippines. Influences range from Simon & Garfunkel, Judy Collins to Nirvana. Her bohemian leanings are obvious and quite frequently vivacious. Over the past year Kari has been stealthily working London's underground scene, honing her tunes, moulding her suitably intimate line-up (which now sees her flanked by a cello player and a bassist) and generally charming the pants off anyone exposed to her fragrant set of happy/sad songs. Debut single 'When Can I See You/Now' is out on fierce panda on Apr 18th.
