They’ve recorded with Pete Shelley from The Buzzcocks. They have gatecrashed ‘Hollyoaks’ and laid down a pop nugget with Hollie Jay Bowes. Their bass player has survived a machete attack. They describe their frothing leftfield guitar grapplings as “a cross between Girls Aloud and The Clash”. They number three, they come from Southend and they are called REDTRACK. And they are about to tick another box on the great application form in the rock sky by becoming the first ever band to release an album on Label Fandango in the summer of 2010. Can’t wait?
