It's spring, there's hint of sun, it's the second Tuesday of the month therefore it's time for Fierce Panda vs Disorder at The Shacklewell Arms. April 14th sees the panda celebrate the relaunch of its seminal one-off singles 'club' by showcasing the next two releases in the form of drifting post-post-rockers ALMA and, in the headline slot, Kieran Leonard & The Horses playing a full band set, fresh from supporting Father John Misty and Ryan Adams and before they play with The Strokes at Hyde Park!

KIERAN LEONARD & THE HORSES (onstage 9.30pm) After headlining the Shacklewell Arms Kieran will be playing Hyde Park with the likes of The Strokes. Such is exotic, erratic life with this ragged troubadour whose creative muse was ignited by being forced by his mum to watch a David Bowie retrospective on the telly as a 13 year-old, and who most recently spent a fair chunk of 2015 touring with Father John Misty. On April 20th Kieran Leonard & The Horses release their 'Underwood Milk' single on download and beer mat, thereby joining the likes of Fake Laugh, Doe and Albert Gold in the cast of acts who’ve recently helped reactivate the infamous fierce panda one-off singles‘club’ for the first time in nine years. ALMA (onstage 8.45pm) ALMA is a brand new band featuring members of Codes In The Clouds and Monsters Build Mean Robots. Imagine ambient loops and ghostly vocals. Think Keaton Henson with a loop station and a thinner beard. And come taste the post-post-rock magic before ALMA release 'The Great Escape' on fierce panda on May 18th on download and beer mat, thereby joining the likes of Kieran Leonard & The Horses in the cast of acts who've helped relaunched the panda's one-off singles 'club'.
