Label Fandango is getting busy. Two more releases to tell you about. First up we have Quad Riot, one of the bands who stormed the Diesel U Music awards last year, who release their debut single, 'Johnny Negro', on May 14th. Think Bloc Party duelling with the Killers in Robert Smith's art rock-shaped blender. Quad Riot are from the glamorous climes of Kent.

A bit more further afield, Canada's Land Of Talk make their UK debut with 'Speak To Me Bones' on May 21st. Great hooks, piercing pleasant vocals, and hard chords - some people have described them as Montreal's answer to Metric.
